More precisely, this book is about customers&rsquo; interactions with physical and social surroundings of service places. Although servicescapes are planned and constructed for customers&rsquo; convenience, customers experience various constraints. These constraints are not only due to constructed service surroundings, but are also due to customers&rsquo; limited capabilities to use servicescapes. The research findings revealed a significance of time and space dimensions in customers&rsquo; interactions with servicescapes. The time-geographic approach captured the spatial and temporal sequence and co-existence of customers&rsquo; activities and underscored that servi&not;cescape is a social place. <br \/>Alma Raissova has a practical experience in the area of education and project management. She has worked also with different social projects related to persons of concern.<br \/>This book is her doctoral thesis.
